Paris Mayor Emmanuel Grégoire, who leaded the march through the capital, highlighted some of the threats that the LGBTQ+ community is still facing, saying, “LGBTQIA+ venues are still being threatened, attacked, discriminated against, and subjected to violence and intimidation.”
