The top US diplomat says Washington wants stronger allies in Europe who take more responsibility, as he met Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico in Bratislava on Sunday. Slovakia is the first stop of his two-nation tour of central Europe, which will also feature a visit to Hungary.
